The Color of Love

"...who would have known we'd end up here: where our hearts bleed, lightening-struck, set ablaze by the breath and color of His love..." The Color of Love

A tune that only caged birds know...

a precious sister in the Lord went to heaven this morning after a hard, caging battle with cancer. I am so sad she is not with us anymore, so sad...but, she is wrapped in the arms of the Lover of her soul... she has fought the good fight and has finished the race with vigilance and joy. She rejoiced in the midst of thick trials, leaned on the Savior as if her husband, loved her son sweetly, trusted God's word, surrounded herself with godly friends, and truly laughed at the days to come. This is what I remember her like...She knew the song of a caged bird as a disease overtook her body....now she knows a song only the throng in heaven can know fully...
